Any class entries registered prior to the end of the Registration Period, ending on 6 Sept. 2021 may be scratched without charge. Entry of classes following the end of the Registration Period must be done by contacting the Show Manager and will be charged at double the Registration Period entry fee (from $20 to $40 per exhibitor). Classes may be scratched following the end of the Registration Period by contacting the Show Manager; Any refunds for scratches following the Registration Period must be reviewed and approved by the Show Committee. Class entry fees will be charged to the credit card on file in the WSCA Equiscribe Live Entry system within seven days of the last day of the show, on 27 Sept. 2021.
Payment for horse stalls, tack stalls, RV spots, and early entry fees must be made before reservations for them are considered complete. Prices for all reservations double after the end of the Registration Period. All reservation purchases must be completed through the WSCA Equiscribe Live Entry system to be considered complete.
Any charge made to a credit card in error, due to a software or system error, will be refunded in full as soon as is feasible. Note that once a charge has been made (facilitated by Stripe Inc.), a refund may take 2-5 days to process, even if refunded immediately. Any refunds requested due to user error, such as selecting the wrong number of stall reservations and completing the purchase, will be refunded less the 3% convenience fee included in the purchase price, provided that the request for refund is made prior to the end of the Registration Period. There will be no refunds for tack stalls, horse stalls or RV spots after the end of the Registration Period.
